About Me
Meaghan Padilla, aka Ms. Maggie, holds a BA in Music from CSU, Long Beach. She has twenty years of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities.
Ms. Maggie specializes in beginning through pre-college levels and has a special knack for engaging the young beginner. Imaginative and playful exploration of sounds and stories engage the attention of young students and enliven their imaginations as they learn to express themselves musically.
Intermediate and advanced students study the music of the great composers. Technique, musicality, and imagination are all woven together in a seamless investigation of classical music, leaving them prepared for further study in college or a lifetime of recreational music enjoyment.
In-person lessons take place at the studio in downtown Chula Vista just south of Memorial Park. The studio is equipped with a beautiful Yamaha U3 acoustic as well as a digital Yamaha Clavinova.
